Our busy clinic in Hastings is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Pacific Health Group way.

This is a role open to clinicians who have a couple of years under their belt and can hit the ground running and are happy to travel. If you are looking for a training and mentorship opportunity, we can provide it. Our OTs work on a variety of contracts including Social Rehab, Vocational Rehab, Pain and TI.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
  • Liaise with allied health team members in a supportive MDT
  • Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
  • Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate

  • Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
  • Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be meeting new and varied people every day!

For Occupational Therapists based overseas

  • As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
  • Support in gaining the NZ Occupational Therapy Board license
  • Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
  • Contribution towards relocation costs
