PwC’s Business Support team plays an integral part of the Internal Firm Services framework, working closely with Partners and wider teams to provide high level administrative support, client support and project coordination, whilst enabling our people and teams to perform to the highest standard.
You will be at the heartbeat of our operations in our Tax & Legal Services (TLS) practice in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland, supporting multiple Partners and wider teams in a fast-paced, ever-evolving role. This role also offers the exciting opportunity to work alongside our growing TLS AI team, supporting Partners who are driving innovation and transformation across TLS. We are looking for a proactive and confident individual who is eager to make a tangible impact. In this high-detail environment, you'll be the go-to person, ensuring seamless collaboration with Partners, senior stakeholders and cross-functional team s. Providing proactive support to four Partners, including complex diary management, inbox management, meeting coordination and administrative support.
Managing high-volume, constantly changing calendars, balancing competing priorities and making confident decisions to optimise Partner time.
Coordinating frequent domestic and international travel, including complex multi-leg itineraries, accommodation, visas and travel documentation.
Supporting the wider AI team and TLS tax te ams with operational and administrative requirements in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Planning and coordinating client meetings, workshops and internal events, including room bookings, virtual meeting support and catering.
Coordinating document production through the Document Specialist Team, ensuring that our presentation is of the highest quality and adhering to PwC brand standards.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for Partners, clients and internal stakeholders while building strong working relationships across the business.
Guiding and up-skilling our teams with using multiple internal systems and supporting best practice.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being one step ahead, thrives on organisation , and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Business Assistant, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders, managing competing priorities and working at pace .
Exceptional diary management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex calendars and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong proactive inbox management skills, confidently prioritising emails, anticipating actions and managing follow-up.
Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics .
Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A proactive, solutions -focused mindset with the confidence to take initiative and work independently.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience using systems such as Salesforce, Workday or similar being advantageous .
The ability to quickly learn new systems, embrace new technology and adapt to changing ways of working.
