Group Financial Accountant

We're looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join our Mountains side of the business - supporting Cardrona x Treble Cone - as part of a purpose-driven organisation, playing a key role behind the scenes in keeping our business financially strong and future-focused.

Reporting to the Group Financial Accounting Manager, you'll be a trusted member of our Finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance across these entities. You'll work closely with colleagues across Cardrona x Treble Cone and the wider RealNZ group, providing insights that help drive better decisions while continuously looking for ways to improve how we do things.

This role offers the perfect blend of technical accounting, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in a dynamic and evolving environment - with the added bonus of doing it all on the doorstep of two of the South Island's iconic ski resorts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and reconciliations for Cardrona x Treble Cone.
• Support audits, tax compliance, and statutory requirements
• Help strengthen financial controls and identify process improvements
• Partner with the wider Mountains and Finance teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
