Step into a high-impact 6-month contract with a leading enterprise operating in a highly regulated industry. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a next-generation CRM platform alongside a Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution, helping transform the customer experience at scale.

Working at the heart of a major transformation programme, you’ll bridge business and technology, define technical requirements, and drive seamless integration across multiple enterprise platforms. This is an opportunity to influence architecture, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and make a tangible impact on a business-critical initiative.

About You

You’ll bring a strong technical BA background with hands-on experience delivering complex CRM and CCaaS implementations in enterprise environments.

You’ll Have

• Proven experience defining technical requirements for CRM and CCaaS solutions, including end-to-end integration design.
• Strong cross-system impact analysis skills, with the ability to identify downstream impacts across CRM, CCaaS, APIs, and connected enterprise platforms.
• Confidence working with technical artefacts, including OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, YAML, JSON, Postman collections, webhooks, event payloads, and vendor API documentation.
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with architects, developers, vendors, and delivery teams in agile environments.
