Based in our Christchurch office, Triple0 Medical is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Primary Care Recruitment Consultant to help grow our primary care recruitment market.

This is not a role for someone who waits for candidates or opportunities to come to them. It is for someone who is driven by opening conversations, building trust, understanding the market and creating long-term value for both clients and candidates.

Triple0 Medical has worked across the New Zealand healthcare sector for more than 25 years. We recruit doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, anaesthetic technicians and other healthcare professionals into locum and permanent roles across New Zealand.

Our purpose is simple – “To ease the pressure on New Zealand’s healthcare”.

About The Role

You will work across the healthcare section with a main focus on the primary care market, supporting GP clinics and other healthcare providers with their recruitment needs.

As a Recruitment Consultant with a main focus on the primary care market, you will build and manage relationships with GP clinics, healthcare providers and healthcare professionals.

The role combines recruitment, sales, business development, candidate sourcing, market engagement and relationship management.

You will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, developing client relationships, understanding workforce needs and managing recruitment processes through to placement.

You will also stay informed on healthcare workforce trends across across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and all other markets that market opportunities for practicing healthcare in NZ.

What We Are Looking For

You may come from recruitment, account management, business development, healthcare sales, medical product sales, professional services or another relationship-led commercial role.

Recruitment experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.

What matters most is your mindset.

You will be:

This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
