We're looking for a curious and motivated current final-year student to join us in early 2027.
This is your chance to kick-start your career through a graduate programme built around real-world experience and genuine capability development.
You'll be in your final year of a BE(Hons) or ME in one of the following:
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Natural Resource Engineering
Te āheinga | The opportunity
As a graduate, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and scientists on a wide range of projects, with opportunities to get involved in:
- Environmental impact and risk assessments
- Contaminated land and waste management projects
- Air, water, and soil quality investigations
- Sustainability and environmental compliance work
- Fieldwork, site investigations, and data analysis
From day one, you'll contribute to real projects and build a strong technical foundation, while developing the consulting, project management, and client-facing skills that will shape your career.
Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally you'll have:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working in a team
- A keen interest in developing your technical knowledge and understanding how consultancy works
- A curious mindset and the ability to think practically about client problems
- A GPA of 5+
- Involvement in extracurricular activities (e.g. work experience, volunteering, sport, or clubs) — beneficial but not essential
- The right to work in New Zealand
