The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Project Manager who is looking to build their consultancy career while gaining exposure to a broad range of infrastructure projects.

You will work alongside experienced project leaders and take responsibility for managing key aspects of the project management process from project initiation through to delivery.

This is a highly client-facing role where communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting requirements
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities across consultant and contractor teams
  • Facilitating and leading design team meetings
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
  • Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved
  • Contributing to successful project outcomes through proactive problem solving and communication

Role Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and capable project management professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

You Will Ideally Bring

  • 2-5 years of project management experience within infrastructure, construction, transport, property or related sectors
  • Experience working through the full project lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating consultant teams and managing project meetings
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and project partners
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of project controls
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, project management or a related discipline
  • A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
