Healthcare Assistants

We are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Christchurch. This is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a dedicated care home that truly values its people and their contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care (showering, dressing, eating, etc.)
• Support mobility and communication needs
• Participate in the planning and delivery of individual care plans
• Implement therapy interventions for dementia and behavioural support
• Monitor and report changes in condition or care concerns
• Assist with rehabilitation, basic treatments, and medication delivery
• Provide hands-on support to therapists

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience or NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent)
• Able to work 30–60 hours per week on a rotating 24/7 roster (including weekends)
