Are you practical, reliable, and looking for a stable, full-time role in the building industry. Our client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality timber frame and truss products, is seeking a Frame & Truss Fabricator to join their busy production team in Auckland .

Whether you have experience in frame and truss manufacturing, carpentry, or as a hammerhand, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As part of a skilled and supportive team, you'll be responsible for manufacturing timber wall frames and roof trusses to precise specifications. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble timber wall frames and roof trusses from plans and specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare timber components accurately.
  • Operate workshop machinery and tools, including saws and nail guns.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing, carpentry, or as a hammerhand is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans or technical drawings.
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
