About The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of transmission projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time and within budget.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • End‑to‑end project delivery across technical, commercial and financial performance
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams including supervisors, field staff and subcontractors
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, claims and commercial outcomes
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting contractual KPIs
  • Driving quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Ensuring strict compliance with SHEQ and regulatory requirements
  • This is a hands‑on leadership role where your visibility on site and engagement with teams will be key to success.

About You

You’re an experienced Project Manager with a background in high voltage, transmission or substation projects, and a passion for delivering results.

You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing HV or EHV projects
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors
  • A solid understanding of contractual obligations and client expectations
  • A commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence
  • Strong communication, planning and problem‑solving skills
