About The Role

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-quality, efficient administrative and organisational support to the General Manager Operations and General Manager Clinical, while also supporting their wider leadership teams.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business unit. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports, and implement streamlined systems and processes. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in keeping priorities on track and supporting effective decision-making.

Skills And Experience Needed

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly. You’ll bring a strong track record of supporting senior leaders, along with the initiative, judgement, and attention to detail needed to anticipate needs, solve problems, and build trusted relationships across the organisation.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant role
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with excellent touch typing skills
  • Experience producing high-quality reports and presentations, including data visualisation (graphs and charts)
