Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient

Technical Business Analyst to drive large-scale digital transformation and Revenue Assurance initiatives. In this role, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for defining technical requirements, designing revenue assurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the elicitation and documentation of complex technical requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
  • Design and execute comprehensive data migration and cutover strategies for core entities including billing, assets, and customer contacts.
  • Define delta-sync frameworks and exception-handling workflows to maintain business continuity during high-risk technical cutover windows.
  • Develop data quality dashboards and automated remediation frameworks using SQL and Power BI to track and resolve defects across millions of records.
  • Create detailed target-state process flows and operating models using BPMN, Visio, or Miro to validate data flows between legacy systems and modern cloud platforms.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with SMEs and vendors, providing executive-level reporting for Steering Committees regarding migration risks and governance outcomes.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with multi-vendor teams to resolve process dependencies and data issues.

Required Technical Skills

  • At least 7+ years or experience
  • Deep experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, CPQ), Siebel CRM, Matrixx, or BRM.
  • Advanced proficiency in Snowflake, SQL for data validation, Snowflake for cloud data warehousing, and Power BI for reporting.
  • Expert use of Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence for tracking delivery and documentation.
