Role Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on implementation and remediation activities across ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery schedules, MID Servers, credentials, probes, sensors, and discovery patterns
- Troubleshoot Discovery failures related to networking, firewall access, authentication, cloud connectivity, and infrastructure communication
- Review and remediate duplicate, orphan, stale, and inaccurate Configuration Item (CI) records
- Implement and enhance Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules and reconciliation logic
- Configure and maintain CI relationships, dependency mapping, and service visibility across the environment
- Support Service Mapping implementation and alignment with CSDM standards
Required Technical Experience
- Strong hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM
- Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Strong technical understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience working with MID Servers, credentials, firewall rules, and connectivity troubleshooting
