About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Mt Wellington team.
You'll be responsible for:
Day to day leading and coaching of the team
Ensuring smooth site operations through the course and handover of your shift
Recognising opportunities for cost efficiencies and driving initiatives that improve processes, reduce expenditure, and deliver measurable results.
This role is working Monday to Friday 2pm to 10.30pm and additional hours or Sundays where required, so flexibility is essential.

About you

Great communication skills, able to delegate tasks and mentor your team - be an inspiring role model!
You will have experience running a team, efficient and effective!
Passionate about continuous improvement and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency
Previous experience using SAP is highly desirable, or confident to pick up new systems with ease
A current forklift certificate with F endorsement is high desirable
You're highly reliable, and a team player who will pitch in when needed
Previous experience in a stores/warehouse/logistics environment
