At Kiwibank, we are driven by our purpose of making Kiwi better off. In this role, you will support our Business Advisor channel to deliver strong outcomes for customers and brokers. You will build your skills across lending operations, workflow coordination, and stakeholder engagement, growing your capability in a supportive team where your contribution makes a real difference.

Be at the centre of our Business Advisor channel, ensuring work flows smoothly and efficiently. You will manage the workflow of two critical centralised inboxes, prioritising requests and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Working closely with internal teams and external brokers, you will communicate clearly to keep work moving and expectations aligned. You will prepare internal reports, support onboarding and accreditation processes, and contribute to consistent, high quality outcomes. With a proactive approach, you will solve problems, take ownership, and bring strong organisation and workflow management to a fast-paced environment. Exposure to banking and an understanding of QA or compliance processes will support your success.

For this role we’re looking for a highly organised and detail focused coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to manage workflows and prioritise competing tasks
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality outcomes
• Confident in communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers or brokers
• Experienced in supporting onboarding and accreditation processes
• Strong problem solving skills with a willingness to take ownership
• Experienced in working within banking or financial services environments
