Job Summary

Summer internship

We are looking for a Process, Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering student, to work within our Engineering Project team in our Hamilton office. As a Project Engineering Intern you will be part of our fast-moving team delivering leading solutions to our customers.

What You Will Do

During your 12-week fixed term summer internship, you will:

Work with engineers from a diverse range of disciplines

Increase your understanding of engineering in the New Zealand Dairy industry

Participate in a variety of project activities, such as design, installation and commissioning

Grow your ability to contribute to technical discussions

See how your engineering degree can be applied to large scale projects

Experience what it is like to work for a global industry leader

Experience what it is like to be part of a large engineering team

We believe you have

A logical thought process

Excellent problem-solving skills that can be applied in a range of different situations

A strong work ethic, willing to work hard to ensure a positive outcome

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Studying towards your Engineering degree (Process, Mechatronics or Mechanical) - preferably 3rd year

An eagerness to grow and develop

Comfortable working in a construction site environment
