Tuesday to Saturday.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting a high-performing team, and bringing energy and confidence to every interaction.

At Flo & Frankie, we’re all about connection, style, and going above and beyond for our customers. You’ll use your retail experience to create feel-good moments, style outfits, build genuine relationships, and help your team deliver an amazing store experience every day.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience working in a customer-focused retail environment, with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Warm, approachable, and naturally engaging — you make every customer feel welcome and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
• A genuine interest in fashion and styling, with the ability to confidently connect with customers and help them feel their best.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals.
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset that brings energy to every shift.
• Proven experience in fashion retail, with the confidence to take ownership on the shop floor, support and coach teammates, lead by example, and consistently deliver an elevated customer experience.
