About the role
We are seeking a passionate RN to provide quality care to our residents at The Village Palms in Christchurch.
This is a permanent role - 32 hours a week. Shifts: Sun and Mon- AM shifts ,Thurs and Fri -PM shifts
We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in!
- Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.
- Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
- Provide compassionate and high-level care.
About you
You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have:
- Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
- Strong nursing experience in aged care
- Up to date knowledge of wound care management
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
- InterRAI certification
