Enterprise Systems Lead to drive the strategic use of our critical enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on TechnologyOne & Salesforce, across New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga, and Samoa.

As Enterprise Systems Lead, you will be the key connection between business teams, technology partners, and system providers, ensuring our enterprise systems support organisational goals and enable better decision-making across Finance, HR, Social Services, and IT.

TechnologyOne Experience Is Essential

This role requires a proven background working with TechnologyOne in a business or enterprise environment. You will:

• Lead the strategic use and ongoing optimisation of TechnologyOne across the organisation.
• Partner with our Application Managed Services (AMS) provider to drive improvements and resolve complex issues.
• Champion data governance, system integration, reporting, and process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into effective enterprise system solutions.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and support partners.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can confidently demonstrate:

• Strong hands-on experience with TechnologyOne enterprise systems.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in data governance, system integration, reporting, and business process improvement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for automation, insights, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing vendors and external technology partners.
