CRL Transport Support Brand Ambassador

Be part of one of Auckland's biggest public transport milestone!

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Brand Ambassadors to join our team for the opening of the City Rail Link (CRL). As the face of Auckland Transport, you'll help customers navigate the new rail network by providing information, answering questions and assisting with wayfinding across stations and transport hubs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Provide information about the new CRL stations, routes and services.
• Help customers with directions and journey planning.
• Create a positive first impression of Auckland's new rail network.
• Work closely with your Team Leader and fellow Brand Ambassadors.
• Represent Auckland Transport and BrandSpanking professionally at all times.

We're looking for people who are

• Friendly, confident and approachable.
• Excellent communicators with strong customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Comfortable working on their feet in busy public environments.
• Quick learners who can confidently communicate information after training.
• Available to work casual shifts, including weekends if required.
