About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both business and technology teams.

You'll play a key role in business analysis, solution design, system enhancement, automation, testing, and delivery across our core business systems. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Operations, you'll help drive practical improvements that support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis and solution delivery activities across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated business platforms

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions

Configure, support, and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Design and support integrations using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and related technologies

Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across finance and operational systems

Coordinate testing activities including UAT, regression testing, defect management, and business sign-off

Support warehousing, fulfilment, procurement, inventory, and finance-related system improvements

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes

About You

You are a senior business systems professional with strong ERP experience and a passion for improving business processes through technology.

You'll bring

7+ years' experience in Business Systems, ERP, Business Analysis, Solution Delivery, or similar roles

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Experience working with Azure Logic Apps, integrations, APIs, Power Automate, or related technologies

Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, warehousing, order management, or supply chain processes

Hands-on experience delivering system improvements and business transformation initiatives

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills

A proactive, organised, and delivery-focused approach

Desirable

Microsoft certifications relating to Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or Integration technologies

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, retail, or supply chain environments

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and modern Microsoft business applications
