Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of a nationally significant organisation.
As CFO, you will be a key strategic adviser to the Chief Executive, Board and Executive Leadership Team, providing the financial insight and commercial leadership that enables BCITO to achieve its ambitious goals.
Your portfolio will include:
- Strategic financial leadership and organisational planning
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
- Commercial contracting and procurement oversight
- Board and stakeholder engagement
- Financial systems, analytics and performance insights
- Leadership and development of a high-performing finance function
About you:
- Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) qualification
- Significant executive or senior financial leadership experience
- Expertise within complex regulated organisations
- Experience working closely with Boards and executive teams
- Strong strategic planning and business partnering capability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex financial information
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and organisational change
- A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups
