Milford Sound - Day/Overnight Team Leader

Everyone has heard of our legendary cruises in Milford Sound. Not only is the landscape breathtaking and the food memorable, but the entire experience is unforgettable.

We are looking for the right person to lead a small, high-performing crew delivering an unforgettable overnight experience, and set the standard for what "Being Real" looks like on board. We are a close-knit whanau so you will be constantly on the go with your teammates. You will work alongside the crew performing a variety of different duties including training crew, nature guiding, assisting in the galley preparing food and instructing and providing guests with the very best customer service.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• A strong background in hospitality
• Experience in leading a team
• Maritime knowledge
• Hosting and Guiding experience
• Strong communication, a team player who loves interacting with our guests and other crew members, and can problem solve and comfortable with making decisions
