Cafeteria Assistant to support our busy staff cafeteria! You’ll be assisting the Cafeteria Manager in maintaining a clean, well-organised kitchen and café space, while preparing and serving meals to our hardworking factory staff. This is a hands-on role where timing, cleanliness, and customer service all matter.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Prepare and serve food to align with scheduled staff meal breaks
• Make fresh sandwiches each morning
• Maintain high food hygiene standards at all times
• Keep the café and kitchen areas clean and tidy
• Clean coffee machines and replenish supplies throughout the day
• Ensure all food items are stored correctly, labelled, and dated to meet food safety regulations
• Maintain clean and hygienic bench tops and staff fridge areas

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Proven experience preparing and cooking food in line with hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a café or similar hospitality setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• A down-to-earth personality with enthusiasm for food and service
