Are you a proven leader with a strong background in hospitality?

Everyone has heard of our legendary cruises in Milford Sound. Not only is the landscape breathtaking and the food memorable, but the entire experience is unforgettable.

We are looking for a leader to oversee our team on the day cruises in Milford. We are a close-knit whanau so you will be constantly on the go with your teammates. You will work alongside the crew performing a variety of different duties including training crew, nature guiding, assisting in the galley preparing food and instructing and providing guests with the very best customer service.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• At least 6 months experience crewing on cruise boats or similar
• Experience in leading a team
• Maritime knowledge
• Hosting and Guiding experience
• Strong communication, a team player who loves interacting with our guests and other crew members, and can problem solve and comfortable with making decisions
