As a Customer Verification Analyst, you'll work within a high-performing team responsible for maintaining customer tax residency records and supporting due diligence activities.In this role you will:

• Manage and validate customer tax records.
• Review customer information to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
• Support ongoing remediation and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor customer records and identify changes that may impact offshore tax residency obligations.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to update information and resolve customer cases.
• Support internal teams by providing guidance and education on AEOI and FATCA requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and team experiences.

• Experience in banking operations, contact centre or branch is ideal.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Confidence working with processes, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to support others.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel, Outlook and Word.
