As a Customer Verification Analyst, you'll work within a high-performing team responsible for maintaining customer tax residency records and supporting due diligence activities.In this role you will:
- Manage and validate customer tax records.
- Review customer information to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
- Support ongoing remediation and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor customer records and identify changes that may impact offshore tax residency obligations.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to update information and resolve customer cases.
- Support internal teams by providing guidance and education on AEOI and FATCA requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and team experiences.

- Experience in banking operations, contact centre or branch is ideal.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence working with processes, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to support others.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel, Outlook and Word.
