About The Role

We're looking for physics masters-level experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems — making a real impact on the next generation of AI systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your hours, work independently, and contribute to some of the most exciting AI research happening today.

What You'll Do

  • Design advanced physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and more to rigorously test AI reasoning
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in rigorous physical logic
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning
  • Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps improve model performance over time

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced physics domains
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely in writing
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule
  • No prior AI experience required — your physics expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality assurance workflows
  • Familiarity with large language models or AI benchmarking
  • Background in academic research or technical writing
