Join our team as a Property Finance Analyst and play a key role in a collaborative, high‑performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing experience who’s ready to deepen their expertise and take the next step in their career.

You’ll work alongside skilled professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to commercial property investment and development lending. In this role, you’ll prepare credit applications, support customer portfolio management, and contribute to delivering tailored financial solutions. You’ll continue to build your financial and risk analysis capability, while developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

At Kiwibank, we’ll help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime we’d love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:

• Experience or exposure to commercial or property finance, ideally within a banking or financial environment
• Confidence in assessing risks and contributing to finding practical customer focused solutions
• Willingness and ability to prepare property finance credit risk papers
• Strong understanding in credit management policies and procedures
• Excellent relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted connections at all levels
