Nail Technician

3 Nail Technicians Required – Full Time, Permanent

Location: Christchurch City (Northlands Mall Branch, Canterbury)

Hours: Minimum 30 – up to 40 hours per week

Pay: $25.00 ~Range per hour

We are a professional nail and beauty salon in Christchurch, dedicated to providing high-quality nail care and customer service. We are looking for an experienced Nail Technician (3 Nail Technicians) to join our friendly team – Northlands Mall branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide manicure and pedicure services, including acrylics, SNS/dipping, gel polish and nail art.

• Maintain salon hygiene standards, including sterilisation of tools and cleanliness of work areas.

• Advise clients on nail care and recommend suitable treatments.

• Process client bookings and payments accurately.

• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

• At least 3 years of verifiable, relevant work experience as a Nail Technician

• Proven ability to provide a wide range of nail services (manicure, pedicure, acrylics, nail art, SNS/dipping).

• Knowledge of workplace hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A formal qualification in Nail Technology (or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.

Employment Details

• Type of employment: Full-time, permanent.

• Guaranteed hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours depending on demand.

• Work schedule: Five days per week on a rostered basis, which may include weekends and public holidays.

• Pay rate: $25.00 ~ Range per hour
