He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role

As a Programme Scheduler in our Programme Delivery Controls team, you’ll play a key role in keeping major infrastructure projects on track. You’ll own the integrity and performance of programme schedules—turning complex data into clear insights that drive delivery.

You Will

• Build and maintain robust programme schedules across projects, programmes, and portfolios
• Translate project data into meaningful, connected schedule views
• Support monthly schedule updates of reporting cycles
• Coach teams and partners on best-practice scheduling

You’re a motivated and solutions‑focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships.

Your Skills And Experience Include

• Minimum of five years' experience in project planning/scheduling experience supporting civil projects .
• Establishment and operational experience in Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of client portfolio, programme and project work breakdown structures.
• Professional experience in a similar project role in a Portfolio Management Office or similar function
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification) and/or a Project Management qualification eg: PM2, AACE is desirable.
