We are seeking a reliable and organised

Facilities Administrator / Front Desk Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception and be the first point of contact for visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, deliveries, and couriers
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and basic setup requirements
  • Provide general administration support to the wider team
  • Assist with office coordination tasks (supplies, vendors, facilities requests)
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or facilities support
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
  • Full working rights in New Zealand (essential)
