This is a Brand Manager / Senior Marketing Executive role.

The Role

You're the connective tissue between global brand strategy and local execution. You turn brand and activation plans into a global asset suite that markets around the world can pick up and run with, from product photography to TVCs to social content.

What You'll Do

  • Own the brand plan. Lead bi-annual brand and activation planning (Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter) for your portfolio, then drive the global marketing strategy that brings it to life.
  • Build the global asset suite. Coordinate product photography, talent shoots, TVCs, influencer content and digital/social assets, so every market gets what it needs, on time.
  • Champion the insights. Turn internal and external data into the story that shapes decisions in Global Sales and Marketing forums.
  • Guide local execution. Brief and support local marketing teams so every market activation stays on-brand and on-calendar.
  • Partner with Commercial. Build strategic decks for bi-annual sales meetings and market previews that sell the brand's growth story.
  • Protect the brand. Own the brand guidelines, briefing design and product teams to keep global representation consistent.
  • Lead digital planning. Partner with the Digital team to plan media that lines up with local OOA activity.
  • Grow the team. Upskill and mentor junior team members, including running NZ photo shoots start to finish.

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally with some global or multi-market exposure.
  • Go-getter energy. You set priorities, stay focused and push things forward without waiting to be asked.
  • Strong communication. You write and speak with confidence, and you're comfortable being the voice of the brand in global forums.
  • Sharp multitasking. You juggle multiple campaigns, teams and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Tool comfort. Confident in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Figma.
  • An eye for consistency, without losing the creative spark that makes work stand out.
