The Opportunity

We are looking for a Group Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across Gallagher's global operations. This is a role that combines financial leadership, strategic analysis and business partnering. You will coordinate executive and Board performance reporting, support investment governance and business case evaluation, and help drive a culture of accountability and performance across the organisation.

  • Own Group cashflow forecasting (Adaptive) and consolidated FX exposure forecasting, working alongside the Group Financial Controller
  • Provide financial oversight of the Group's global insurance portfolio
  • Partner with Business Units and finance teams to challenge assumptions and improve business performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting and reporting processes
  • Champion the use of analytics, AI-enabled insights and modern finance tools to improve decision-making and productivity

The Fit

To be successful in this role, you'll be a commercially astute finance leader who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful business insights.

You will have strong experience in business partnering, performance management, budgeting and forecasting within a complex organisation. You will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, influencing senior stakeholders and helping drive better business outcomes through data, insight and commercial challenge.
