Ko tā mātou mahi – About the role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Cyber, Cloud & Connectivity Solutions, you'll lead the growth and commercial success of Kordia's Cyber Resilience Professional Services business. You'll shape the strategy for our consulting and advisory practice by developing innovative services, strengthening consulting capability and building scalable delivery models that deliver exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable growth.

As Kordia's senior Professional Services leader, you'll influence consulting capability across the organisation while ensuring the business has the capability, capacity and service portfolio to strengthen our market position and deliver long term commercial success.

Ko tō mahi – What you will do

You'll lead the Cyber Professional Services business with end-to-end accountability for strategy, commercial performance and delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the strategy for Kordia's Cyber Professional Services business.
• Grow and commercialise a portfolio of consulting and advisory services aligned to customer and market needs.
• Lead the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance.
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies that improve quality, consistency and customer outcomes.
• Build and lead a high performing team of consultants, advisors and technical specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous development.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to bring new services to market and unlock broader customer opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive customers on complex cyber resilience challenges.
• Champion consulting excellence and embed leading professional services practices across Kordia.

Nā tōu rourou – What you will bring

• 15+ years' experience leading and growing professional services, consulting, advisory or technology businesses.
• A strong track record of building and leading high performing consulting teams through growth and transformation.
• Commercial leadership experience, including P&L ownership and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Experience developing and scaling service portfolios that deliver measurable customer and commercial value.
• Strong knowledge of consulting operating models, workforce planning, utilisation and delivery excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility at executive level.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and the ability to translate market opportunities into practical outcomes.
• Experience in cyber security, technology consulting or adjacent professional services environments.
• Experience in a Big Four consulting firm or a comparable tier-one consulting environment is highly desirable.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Cyber Security or a related discipline.
