Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you'll take full ownership of branch performance — from budgets and targets through to team leadership, customer relationships, and operational standards. You'll work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Internal Sales Team to grow the customer base and ensure the branch runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring branch financial budgets and targets are achieved
- Effectively recruiting, managing, and leading the branch team — setting the standard for professional behaviour and leading by example
- Fully utilising CRM processes for opportunities and customer contact across the branch and catchment area, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Internal Sales Team
- Facilitating and implementing the branch's self-auditing responsibilities, ensuring company standards are achieved to a high level
- Being fully involved in the sales process from order to supply, including order management using our systems and processes
About You
- Experience leading teams in a customer service environment, driving high performance through coaching, mentoring, and development
- A track record of growing a customer base, building relationships, and increasing revenue
- The ability to manage administration and work to tight deadlines in a calm, accurate, and effective manner
- Strong computer literacy, with experience in Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems (M3 experience an advantage)
- A natural drive for quality, process, and health & safety
