At ASB, we're all about helping our customers get "one step ahead". Our Customer Specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting customers with their everyday banking needs.

We're looking for a full-time Customer Specialist to join our Glenfield team. This role works on a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, so you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including weekends.

As a Customer Specialist, You'll

  • Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking enquiries and transactions
  • Identify customer needs and connect them with the right products, services or specialists
  • Educate and support customers to confidently use ASB's digital banking tools
  • Deliver personalised solutions and outstanding customer experiences
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer and business outcomes

English and Filipino (Tagalog) and can confidently engage with customers in both languages.

  • Are fluent in both English and Filipino (Tagalog)
  • Enjoy talking to people and building rapport quickly
  • Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, contact centres, or similar environments
  • Are confident using technology and learning new systems
  • Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Are resilient, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Take pride in delivering outstanding customer outcomes
