Primary Health Care Ltd (PHCL) are looking for an Administration extraordinaire to manage the reception and administration function at our NorthCare Medical Centres.
We are looking for an inspirational and energised leader, with the right values to support service excellence, who has a track record of being able to lead and support people. This is a great development role for someone who is interested in building their management career.
As Administration Lead, you will be integral to the smooth running of our operation. You will provide leadership and daily supervision to the administration team to ensure effective office support to reception and clinic operations as well as co-ordinating practice systems and processes. You will also be responsible for human resource functions such as recruitment, performance management and facilitation of training and development of staff.
This is a permanent, full-time role and reports to the Regional Business Manager.

- Experience in a similar role.
- A people person and excellent communicator.
- A team player with a positive attitude and loads of enthusiasm.
- Highly organised and efficient including the ability to set priorities and work to deadlines.
- Accurate with an eye for detail.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in the use of computer software (Indici experience is an advantage).
- Be able to multi-task and manage a variety of tasks.
- Have an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Te Ao Māori and other cultural competencies, be culturally confident and have a strong focus on closing the inequity gap.
