We are a well-established, Auckland based construction company that has become widely recognised for tackling a wide range of projects. Now we are looking for 1 Truck Service Manager to join our team and we invite you to share this commitment with us!

What you'll need to succeed

• Have at least 2 years’ work experience in same industry/field, OR

• Have a relevant NZ Level 4 qualification or equivalent qualification

You are required to

• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and servicing programmes, including ensuring all trucks receive their WOF/COF inspections and required compliance checks on time.

• Managing related equipment and fuel supplies to ensure the fleet operates efficiently and remains in optimal condition.

• Assisting with fleet dispatch operations, including coordinating work schedules and planning job routes.

• Preparing driver documentation and maintaining accurate operational and business records.

• Coordinating and supporting driver training programmes to enhance skills, compliance, and safety practices.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as truck repair and maintenance service providers.

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements relating to transport operations.
