Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Reporting to the GM EPMO, you'll lead the delivery of ICT projects and technology workstreams across a diverse portfolio. From systems implementations and digital transformation initiatives through to infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platform projects, you'll manage projects end-to-end while ensuring delivery remains on scope, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
You'll work closely with ICT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality technology outcomes.
Leading the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects from initiation through to deployment and transition to operations.
Developing and maintaining project plans, managing technical milestones, risks, dependencies, and release schedules.
Coordinating requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Working with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and data teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Managing vendors and third-party delivery partners to achieve agreed outcomes and performance standards.
Facilitating governance activities including architecture reviews, release planning, and change advisory forums.
Providing clear reporting on progress, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.

You'll be a seasoned ICT Project Manager with the ability to confidently lead complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring
8+ years' experience delivering ICT or technology-enabled projects within large and complex organisations.
Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery across systems implementations, integrations, upgrades, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and data privacy considerations.
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar project management platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
Strong vendor management and relationship-building capabilities.
