About the role
We are now recruiting for a Legal Administrator to support our Property, and Banking and Finance teams in Auckland.
Working alongside our partners, lawyers and wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of matters, transactions and billing processes across the teams, while providing support where required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
On the Property side, you will support residential and commercial transactions, coordinating settlements, preparing documentation and working closely with stakeholders to ensure transactions run smoothly. You will be involved in managing timelines, responding to queries and ensuring all pre- and post-settlement requirements are met. Within Banking and Finance, you will support the preparation and execution of loan and security documentation, assisting with the coordination of signing processes and liaising with lenders and clients to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
What you will bring
We are seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated individual, who has the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and prioritise and coordinate work.
To thrive in this position, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years secretarial, personal assistant or administration experience preferably within the property space.
- The ability to produce highly accurate documents quickly while under pressure.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and front of house skills.
- Be approachable and kind.
- Be able to build positive relationships with clients and staff.
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge and advanced typing skills.
