Property Manager Full-time positions x 2 (minimum 32 hours) are available for our business Fair Rentals Ltd in the wider Auckland region.
Property Manager x 2
o accepting and listing residential properties for lease, conducting inspections, and advising clients on the merits of properties and the terms of lease
o cataloguing and detailing properties for lease and arranging advertising, open homes and verifications
o assessing clients (owners of the properties) needs and renovating or leasing as per their requirements and budget
o contacting and bringing business (properties) for leasing and fulfilling the clients requirements within the promised period
o collecting and holding rent monies from tenants, and remitting to owner on agreed basis
o monitoring and addressing non-compliance with terms and conditions of tenancy and pursuing rental arrears
o developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures for the business
o may arrange tradies, material, conveyancing and maintenance of premises
A successful candidate who can plan, lead, organize and control the day-to-day running of the maintenance of our properties.
Requirements to be successful in the position:
- 1.5 years minimum of management experience.
- Any management certification/qualification is required.
- Good communication and public dealing skills.
- The successful applicant will have to be prepared to work weekends and evenings if required.
