Our client is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to partner with the organisation and lead the HR operations team. This role will provide operational HR advice to the organisation. This role has eleven direct reports.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least six years previous experience working as an Human Resources Manager
  • Significant people management and leadership experience
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation
  • Strong HR policy skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong time management skills
