And, we currently have an opportunity for a Customer Sales Consultant to join our Penrose Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Based in our Penrose Centre, you'll be the friendly face of the AA, creating positive experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll take the time to understand customers' needs, recommend the right AA products and services, and confidently work towards sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also support a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the centre as part of a collaborative team. This is a full-time role, working 34 hours per week.

About You | Mōu

You're passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enjoy helping people find the right solutions. You have previous retail and/or sales experience and are confident working towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment. With a positive attitude, plenty of energy, and a willingness to learn, you're a team player who enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences. The ability to speak a second language would be advantageous, helping you connect with and support our diverse customer base.
