About The Role

Join Gallagher Security as a Commercial Manager and play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our global business. Working closely with the GM Commercial and key business leaders, you'll turn complex data and strategic priorities into clear, actionable insights that fuel growth and profitability.

You'll lead and influence critical initiatives spanning pricing, new product commercialisation, business case governance, financial planning, and operational excellence, helping ensure every decision delivers maximum value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with leaders across Security to strengthen commercial decision-making, performance, and accountability
  • Developing insights, modelling, and recommendations that identify value drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Supporting commercial frameworks, financial planning, pricing strategy and business case governance
  • Translating complex data into clear recommendations that improve commercial outcomes
  • Promoting consistent commercial practices, strong data quality, and continuous improvement across the business

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelors or Master level degree in a related field, Business, Finance, Accounting
  • Proven experience in commercial management, commercial finance, business partnering, business case development, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience supporting pricing strategy, financial planning, commercial modelling, or business case governance
  • Excellent communication, influencing, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
