The Forest Bridge Trust is looking for a practical, organised and people-focused person to support our team.
This role will work alongside our General Managers across people, project and culture mahi, including recruitment and induction, HR processes, wellbeing, policy review, funding support, and project coordination.
We’re looking for someone with solid HR experience, sound judgement, clear communication and a relationship-focused approach. Experience in people and culture, project coordination, or working in a small purpose-driven organisation would be a real advantage.
This is a home-based part-time role, working 24 hours per week across three days, with attendance at meetings and events across North Rodney as required.
