At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Experience in a phone based or frontline customer service with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Confident managing a variety of customer queries over various channels
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to quickly build trust quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Whether your coming from customer service, experienced on the phones, or a recent graduate with a business or finance degree we would love to hear from you. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and drive to make a real difference.
