Right now, we need a Senior Member Services Consultant to join our Member Services team at our office based in Les Mills, Hutt City.
Reporting to the National Member Services Manager you will be working as part of a team whose aim is to deliver outstanding service to our 12 clubs around the country, and ultimately our 50,000 members. Your exceptional customer service by phone and email will enhance member relations and improve member retention rates.
A key focus for the role is to provide guidance and direction to other Member Services Consultants, deal with exceptions and proactively resolve member issues or inquiries. This is where your strong administration and communication skills will come in to play!
You will ideally:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (well-spoken, clear English is essential)
- Have strong problem-solving skills and able to methodically investigate member issues and inquiries
- Have the ability to create and negotiate win/win situations
- Love working with people and have the ability to stay calm when under pressure
- Have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and be confident in working with systems (we have an in-house CRM system) as well Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have your own fitness story and be passionate about health and wellness
