As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll help define the products, services and capabilities Kiwibank needs to better serve medium and large business customers. Working across product, business and technology teams, you'll translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, support prioritisation decisions, and help deliver practical solutions that improve customer outcomes. Your work will play a key role in shaping the future of business banking and supporting Kiwibank's growth ambitions.

For this role we’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Senior Business Analyst who thrives in product and transformation environments. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in a banking environment with exposure to transactional business banking, products and customer journeys
• Strong capability in business process analysis, design and continuous improvement across frontline and operational environments
• Demonstrated experience working in a product led environment with understanding of product lifecycle, value delivery and commercial drivers
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, documentation and analytical problem-solving translating business needs into actionable outcomes
• Proven track record delivering within large scale transformation programmes in complex organisations
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to reflect Voice of Customer insights in solution design
• Experienced in collaborating with CX and UX designers to deliver customer centred solutions across digital and assisted channels
• Proficient in translating enterprise and operational risk into clear business and technical requirements supporting compliant delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across business, technology and product teams
