About the Role

This senior leadership role sits within the Platform portfolio and is accountable for turning strategic intent into product roadmaps, delivery execution, and measurable customer and business value.

As Value Stream Lead - Core, you’ll lead Product direction for the value stream, ensuring Engineering and Quality leadership have a strong voice in product delivery while influencing cross-functional teams through clarity of intent, strong decision frameworks, and shared outcomes.

You’ll lead the teams spearheading Command Centre’s transformation from an on-prem monolith into a modular, scalable platform - balancing pathfinding work with ownership of significant parts of the existing platform.

You’ll focus on:

• Translate Platform portfolio strategy into clear value stream objectives, roadmaps, and delivery priorities
• Lead core modernisation, enabling teams to build outside the monolith and move toward a modular platform future
• Balance product needs, technical concerns, quality, risk, and commercial value when making trade-offs
• Grow product leaders, align stakeholders, and keep customer value at the centre of decisions

About You

You’re an experienced product, product ownership, or product development leader who can connect strategy, commercial thinking, customer insight, technical complexity, and people leadership in a transformational environment.

You’ll bring a strong office presence in Hamilton, working closely with teams and stakeholders to build momentum, clarity, and belief in the mission.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in senior product management, product ownership, or product development
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect value, risk, cost, opportunity, and delivery choices
• Experience leading business transformation, technology-enabled change, or complex product delivery
• A collaborative, systems-thinking leadership style with the confidence to influence across functions and simplify complexity
