The Opportunity

Be part of our team that brings our products to life! You’ll assemble, test and pack world-class products that are all designed and manufactured right here in New Zealand then shipped globally. We follow Lean principles, focusing on continuous improvement, eliminating waste, and delivering high quality results efficiently, so you’ll need to have an eye for detail and the same pride in high standards that we have.

Due to an increase in demand, we currently have 6 month fixed-term opportunities available across a range of shifts. We're looking for people who can be flexible with shift patterns to help support our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Following written job instructions completely and accurately

• Working to daily and weekly production targets

• Working closely with your team to maintain smooth operations

• Continuous improvement, look for ways to enhance our processes

• Following our Health and Safety policies to keep everyone safe

The Fit

We’re looking for a true team player with a respectful and positive attitude, who is ready to learn - full training will be provided. You will also need:

• To be reliable and punctual

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be physically fit and able to be on your feet for full shifts

• Ability to concentrate and perform repetitive tasks accurately

• Good dexterity for handling small parts and tools

To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa. This role also requires a pre-employment health check and drug screening.
